Zero Fee Policy for Candidates
Searching, creating a candidate profile, and applying for jobs on Desh Videsh Naukri is 100% FREE for all job seekers. Desh Videsh Naukri NEVER charges job seekers any fee for registration, job application, interview scheduling, or visa processing.
Never Pay Money for Job Offers or Visas:
Candidates are strictly advised never to pay money, transfer funds via UPI/Bank, or purchase "guaranteed offer letters" from any individual, recruiter, or agency claiming to represent Desh Videsh Naukri.
- Zero Financial Liability: Desh Videsh Naukri accepts zero financial or legal liability for monetary losses incurred by candidates who make unauthorized payments to third-party recruiters or scammers.
- Report Scams Immediately: If any recruiter or agency demands money for job placement, report them immediately to support@deshvideshnaukri.com.
2. Overseas Recruitment Agency License & User Verification
Candidate Due Diligence Requirement
While Desh Videsh Naukri performs initial verification of registered employers and manpower consultants:
- Check PGE / MEA Registration: Job seekers applying for overseas jobs (Gulf, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, SE Asia, etc.) must independently verify the recruitment agency's official Ministry of External Affairs (MEA / PGE) license before submitting original documents or signing employment contracts.
- Contract Disputes: Desh Videsh Naukri is not responsible for salary discrepancies, working condition disputes, or visa rejections arising between candidates and third-party recruitment agencies.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Integrity
All job seekers, employers, and recruitment agencies using this platform agree to:
For Job Seekers
Provide truthful profile details, valid passport status, genuine experience records, and authentic qualifications.
For Employers & Agencies
Post genuine job openings, adhere to labor laws, treat candidate data confidentially, and refrain from deceptive job listings.
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Desh Videsh Naukri and its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from job application outcomes, fraudulent third-party listings, server downtime, or employment contract breaches between candidates and recruitment agencies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
