Operations Specialist – Last Mile Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our last-mile logistics operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The candidate will be responsible for daily shipment operations, courier and driver follow-up, dispatching, monitoring delivery performance, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily inbound, outbound and last-mile delivery operations.

• Follow up with couriers and drivers to ensure shipments are delivered on time.

• Monitor OFD, NDR, RTO, pending and failed delivery shipments.

• Manage daily dispatch and courier allocation.

• Prepare daily operational reports and KPI reports.

• Analyze delivery performance and identify operational issues.

• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams.

• Handle shipment exceptions and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in courier, logistics or last-mile delivery operations.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

• Good knowledge of last-mile delivery operations and shipment tracking.

• Experience managing and following up with couriers/drivers.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational problems.

Candidates with previous experience in established courier, e-commerce delivery, or last-mile logistics companies will be preferred.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 2,000/month

Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth shipment flow from dispatch to final delivery. Monitor couriers and drivers, assign shipments and routes, and follow up on delivery performance. Track OFD, NDR, RTO, pending and failed shipments and take corrective action. Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve shipment issues. Prepare daily operational reports and KPIs using Excel. Monitor courier productivity and delivery success rates. Ensure shipments are processed and delivered within the required SLA. Identify operational problems and support continuous improvement of delivery performance.
